Job Description

Job Summary:

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
  • Account Management: Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field.
  • Proposal Submission: Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and SAM daily.
  • Order Entry: Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry.
  • Sales Performance: Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
  • Financing Coordination: Coordinate financing for those customers interested in that option.
  • Showroom Support: Assist customers in our Showroom with parts sales or helping customers with selecting products to close sales.
  • Trade Show Execution: Aid in the execution and coverage of Trade shows.
  • Product Knowledge: Help others in the office and region with product knowledge as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.
  • Blueprint Experience: Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred).
  • Customer Service Skills: Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
  • Work Ethic: References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to be successful.
  • Time Management: Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
