What We Offer:

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales specialists, and developing strategies to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery and Sales:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our real estate marketing technology products and services.
    • Engage with prospective clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
    • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
    • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve results.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Strategic Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to expand the sales team based on performance and business needs.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure new team members are effectively onboarded and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure best-in-class sales collateral and lead generation activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
    • Provide weekly reports to executive management.
    • Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
    • Attend cross-company meetings to understand other aspects of the business that may help grow our offering.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
