- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent credentials.
- Experience with facility management software and systems.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
- The facility manager typically operates within the centers, traveling to various locations to ensure standards are met.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to oversee projects or address emergencies.
