Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Education Affiliates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Oversee the processing of payroll and other essential functions of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external controls, including Everify and pre-hire background checks.
  • Coordinate with department managers to schedule new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Provide support to employees with benefits enrollment and other HR-related topics.
  • Maintain employee HR files and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
