Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with internal and external controls, and monitor employee compensation.
  • Coordinate Everify compliance, pre-hire background checks, and drug screens.
  • Support new hire onboarding, answer employee questions, and provide guidance on benefits and HR topics.
  • Maintain accurate employee HR files and provide support for special events and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Campus President to communicate employee information and recognition.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
