Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with internal and external controls, and monitor employee compensation.
- Coordinate Everify compliance, pre-hire background checks, and drug screens.
- Support new hire onboarding, answer employee questions, and provide guidance on benefits and HR topics.
- Maintain accurate employee HR files and provide support for special events and projects.
- Collaborate with the Campus President to communicate employee information and recognition.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
