Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Constructive Partnerships Unlimited. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' health needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide direct medical and nursing services to assigned individuals, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing education and support to individuals and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Supervise and train Licensed Practical Nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of individuals' care, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • NYS Licensed Registered Nurse (BSN minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare resources and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR Certification
