Job Summary

As a Strategic Human Capital Development Manager, you will oversee the implementation of health and safety systems, quality controls, and facility management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety systems, quality controls, and facility management.
  • Evaluate facility infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Coordinate and perform health and safety planned activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional planning, organizational, and follow-up skills. Strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively manage conflict. You must be a strong multi-tasker, able to cope with conflicting priorities and deadlines, and have excellent communication skills across all hierarchical and functional levels.

A good knowledge of written and spoken English is required, as is the ability to possess own transport for occasional travel between TP sites. You will also need to be a highly motivated, service-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
