Job Title: General Manager

Smoothie King is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, providing prompt and friendly service, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service business.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
