About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Smoothie King store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of store employees to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of adequate car insurance
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS systems
  • ServSafe Certification and knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws
