General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, inventory management, and labor control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
