About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Smoothie King store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of our business model and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, optimize stock levels, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving procedures.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control store expenses, manage cash handling and reconciliation, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a retail or food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general POS functionality).
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification and valid driver's license.
