RN - CMC Emergency Services - Per Diem - 12 Hour - Variable Shift

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at John Muir Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines to provide the best possible care.
- Current RN licensure in California.
- 6 months of acute care experience preferred.
- 2000 hours of Emergency Department experience within the last 3 years required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course certification required.
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test certification required.
- NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale competency required.
