We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current California RN license.
- 6 months of acute care experience preferred.
- 2000 hours of emergency nursing experience within the last 3 years (core requirement).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) competency.
