Position: Facilities Operations Supervisor

Compensation: Competitive Salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and organizes the activities of personnel involved in the setup, installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
- Monitors job performance and quality of work in a multi-craft environment across all technical disciplines.
- Educates staff on procedures and safety protocols.
- Oversees the Maintenance Department, managing daily operations, schedules, and capital projects, along with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provides technical guidance and training to maintenance and manufacturing teams at various facilities within the Concrete Products Business Unit.
- Comprehensive technical education (high school diploma plus 1 to 3 years of apprenticeship/applied trades training or a 2-year Associate Degree).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Management training is preferred.
- Relevant experience in all areas of the technical field, including industrial electrical systems (3-phase), controls and devices, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, and proficiency with all shop and hand tools, including welding, machining, and cutting.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) is advantageous.
