Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a team of analysts focused on Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations.

  • Coordinate and manage requests for information (RFIs), delegating tasks effectively among team members.
  • Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all analytical outputs.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and prepare additional reports as required.
  • Uphold analytical integrity, supervise personnel, and ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cultivate relationships to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct experimental analyses and offer analytical support to operational initiatives.
  • Guarantee the timely delivery of all outputs while keeping leadership informed of progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in management.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a comparable military/civilian background.
  • Preferred: At least 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience as a Category 1 Collector is highly desirable.
