Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and inspire a team of plumbing professionals.
  • Implement and understand performance team strategies.
  • Guarantee complete customer satisfaction while maintaining a 5-star service reputation.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with plumbers to ensure adherence to our Total Immersion System on every service call.
  • Oversee daily management of the dispatch board.
  • Engage in call-by-call performance evaluations.
  • Manage plumbing contract projects.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional Saturdays as required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience.
  • Essential familiarity with plumbing codes.
  • Exceptional plumbing skills with a willingness to assist service technicians as necessary.
  • Capability to manage service calls or provide field assistance when required.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective management capabilities, and a friendly demeanor.
  • A sense of humor.
  • A desire to foster company growth and promote product knowledge.
  • A commitment to enhancing company culture and implementing improvements.
  • Ethical, responsible, and trustworthy character.
  • Positive, patient, and cheerful attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Successful completion of employment background checks, drug testing, and a clean driving record.
  • Preferred experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Experience with video inspections, camera work, backflows, tankless water heaters, water softeners, and filtration systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus.
