Position Overview

As the Landscape Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of up to four individuals while executing various landscaping services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to four members, providing motivation, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, fertilization, weed management, and seasonal clean-ups.
  • Utilize a range of mechanical equipment such as commercial mowers, blowers, and chainsaws to perform tasks effectively.
  • Engage in landscape enhancement projects, including mulch application, planting, and lawn seeding.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Compile and submit daily performance reports for the team.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Relevant experience in landscaping or a similar field is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is required.
  • Availability to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role, including working in varying weather conditions.
