Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth
- Maximize total revenues and control expenses to meet and exceed hotel profitability objectives
- Oversee operations of the hotel sales department, including direct sales, follow-up, sales administration, hiring, training, managing, and coaching
- Supervise the sales team and execute operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence
- Proactively develop action plans, conduct sales tours, and entertain clients to build and maintain professional relationships
- Maintain strong visibility in local community and industry organizations by representing the hotel on site visits, trade shows, and sales calls
