Job Summary:

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Director to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand vision. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and expand the brand's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Identify target markets, analyze consumer trends, and leverage market research to develop effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Integrated Marketing Plans: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising.
  • Brand Identity and Messaging: Define and shape the overall brand identity, positioning, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand standards are met across all marketing collateral and communications.
  • Market Perception and Research: Monitor brand perception, conduct market research, and use customer feedback to enhance brand equity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • External Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize marketing opportunities.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the development and maintenance of a compelling online presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience across digital platforms.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and maximize online sales.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting marketing performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
