Role Overview

As our organization continues to grow, the demand for insightful sales and marketing analysis has become increasingly clear. We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional eager to contribute significantly. The role will closely interact with our Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, providing visibility to top-tier leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze available data to identify market trends, outcomes, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and present reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, offering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Propose strategies based on analytical findings to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Facilitate process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist the sales team in crafting and executing communication, marketing, signage strategies, and sales pipeline management.
  • Oversee projects to ensure timely execution, adherence to scope, and compliance with billing requirements for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support contract development and new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that foster business growth and elevate brand visibility.
  • Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials, including proposals, brochures, award submissions, presentations, advertisements, trade show materials, and promotional items that accurately reflect our brand identity.
  • Manage the procurement and organization of creative assets, including point-of-sale materials such as displays and flyers.
  • Maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors for various marketing needs.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the success of the Sales & Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Self-motivated, high achiever with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess data, identify trends or issues, and propose solutions.
  • Effective communicator, skilled in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Preferred experience in the furniture or warranty sectors; familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus but not mandatory.
