POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the account supervisor by staying updated on market dynamics, industry developments, and competitive factors. This position involves strategizing and executing marketing initiatives while providing guidance on various tasks that require analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee projects from inception to completion, including creative development, scheduling, budget management, and production.

· Keep management informed about assigned accounts, promptly addressing client concerns and budget discrepancies.

· Generate marketing activity reports and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

· Maintain up-to-date planning matrices and content inventories to ensure resource accuracy.

· Follow the strategic direction set by the account director to develop outlines and initial marketing deliverables.

· Respond promptly to all client communications, including calls and emails, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

· Adapt to changes efficiently and manage additional tasks as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge:

· Proficient in English language usage and grammar for proofreading marketing materials.

· Familiarity with media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

Skills:

· Ability to articulate ideas clearly and logically.

· Experience in budget management and forecasting.

· Conducting basic research using various sources and integrating findings into written content.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of Mac operating systems.

Abilities:

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

· Skill in balancing conflicting resource demands and priorities.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

· Capability to independently advance projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field, along with one to two years of relevant experience.
