About the Role

As a Field Marketing Manager at SafeTouch Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand promotion, increasing installation volume, and ensuring profitability. We are seeking a candidate with significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various mediums, preferably within the alarm security industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans to enhance brand promotion and profitability.
  • Analyze Business Results and Adapt: Analyze daily business results and adjust marketing strategies in response to market conditions.
  • Create Branch-Specific Marketing Playbooks: Develop and manage branch-specific marketing strategies to drive local growth.
  • Lead Generation and Campaign Management: Create and manage campaigns for online and offline lead generation, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Media Selection and Vendor Management: Support media selection and manage vendor relationships to optimize marketing spend.
  • Field Marketing Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, prioritize media spend effectively, negotiate contracts, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events and conferences to engage with customers and promote the brand.
  • Integration and Alignment: Integrate marketing efforts of newly acquired businesses into the company's brand, ensuring seamless alignment.
  • Internal Communications: Develop internal communications to support cultural initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and drive business growth.
  • Sales and Marketing Collateral: Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and materials for tradeshows, to support sales efforts.
  • Specialized Offers and Campaigns: Execute specialized offers and campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Partner Leverage and Benchmarking: Research and benchmark marketing strategies of regional security companies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prospect List Development: Develop prospect lists based on sales focus to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Effectiveness Tracking: Ensure proper utilization of tools for tracking campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience. Business or Marketing major preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in developing and implementing successful field marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of success leading major accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn in-house software applications. Experience with graphic design software a plus.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with proficiency in online marketing tools and graphic design software.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at one time.
  • Team Player: Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.
  • Market Insights: Strong understanding of various media channels and market insights in the installation and service industry.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Lead Generation and Account Management: Experience in lead generation, account management, and consumer marketing preferred.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work Environment

Full-time, exempt position. Remote work arrangement. Must reside in FL or GA. Must live within 1 hour of a major airport. Travel: 50%.
