About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Liaison Officer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Analyze complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions to drive project success.
  • Provide applications systems analysis and long-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.
Requirements
  • Experience with project planning and program management, including Agile processes in a data research environment.
  • Ability to build and manage diverse teams and build strong client rapport to ensure the overall success of the mission.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SCRUM.
  • Experience with improving communications and efficiencies in client and team management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project and Teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a remote and disperse team.
  • SCRUM Certification.
