About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the community, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate files.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the community, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate files
  • Process and scan HR-related documents, ensuring timely submission to the Regional HR Coordinator
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews for department heads
  • Order and maintain office supplies, as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
Estimated Salary

$18-$20 per hour based on location and experience
