About the Role

This full-time Office Assistant position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. In this role, you will work closely with managers, sales associates, and technicians to achieve daily goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support management and staff in completing tasks and projects.
  2. Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  3. Greet and assist onsite visitors, answering their queries promptly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:

You will work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one hour of paid lunch/break per day. Our office is conveniently located with free secure parking available.
