**Job Title:** Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at PrideStaff in Clearwater. In this role, you will work closely with clients to handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with trust agreements.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a trust department, financial institution, or investment firm.

Duties:

  • Process reoccurring transactions, manage payments to beneficiaries, and facilitate wire transfers/ACHs.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather missing or inaccurate information to maintain accurate records.
  • Work with the internal team to follow established processes for verifying and processing financial transactions.
  • Maintain the compliance of trust documents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and client-facing position in a financial institution is preferred.
  • Excellent general computer skills and strong typing/data entry abilities.
  • Good general math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Estimated Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
