Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Morgan Financial's loan offerings to local real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and similar stakeholders.
  • Engage with existing Morgan Financial client databases.
  • Establish new connections with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors.
  • Participate in mortgage closings to interact with all involved parties.
  • Attend open houses and relevant business events to network.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business growth and development.
  • Under no circumstances will the Business Development Representative engage in tasks requiring a Loan Originator License, such as quoting rates or processing mortgage applications.

Activities Include:

  • Office visits
  • Participation in closings
  • Office meetings and presentations
  • Attendance at open houses and networking events
  • Database management
  • Assisting in the creation of consistent marketing materials

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in external sales
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interest in marketing and business development
