Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering technical support and assistance for inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Educating users on the fundamental operations of computer systems.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the daily functionality of computer systems.
  • Guiding customers through troubleshooting processes to identify the root causes of system problems.
  • Installing, modifying, cleaning, and repairing computer hardware, software, workstations, and servers.
  • Executing diagnostic programs and posing questions to ascertain the nature of issues, followed by resolving them.
  • Troubleshooting technical difficulties with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Setting up computer peripherals for users.
  • Responding to inquiries from users seeking assistance via various communication methods.
  • Following up with users to confirm that issues have been addressed.
  • Utilizing systems management tools to oversee events, manage the ticketing system, and ensure optimal operation of client environments.
  • Carrying out other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • One year of experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability for flexible shifts based on user requirements.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Capability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous.
