Key Responsibilities- Lead Pumping Field Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our pumping equipment, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain our pumping equipment, including fluid pumps and other related equipment.
- Manage Crew: Lead and manage a team of pumping field technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in pumping field operations, with a strong background in leading and managing teams.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of pumping field operations and equipment.
The work environment for this role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient execution of pumping field operations. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor locations and company facilities.
