Position Overview:

We seek enthusiastic individuals with strong technical and communication capabilities. As a technical specialist, you will evaluate SAP solutions for our global clientele and communicate your insights and recommendations to IT leaders and executives. This position offers the chance to engage with a variety of SAP products and technologies across different sectors. Since our services are delivered at client locations, travel will be a necessary aspect of this role.

Your responsibilities will include assessing the performance and availability of intricate SAP systems. You will analyze client systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Attention) and address technical challenges in complex environments, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions. To meet the demanding requirements of this role, you should be a quick learner with exceptional analytical abilities. Creativity, open-mindedness, and the capacity to communicate technical details convincingly are essential.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

Extensive experience with the SAP Central Finance product (including Initial Load, Real-Time Replication, and Central Payments) is required. Proficiency in ABAP programming and S/4HANA is essential, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Educational Background and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to SAP clients globally.

Compensation Transparency:

SAP is committed to pay transparency, providing an annualized compensation range that reflects the base salary and variable incentive targets for this role. The targeted combined range for this position is $150,000 - $190,900 USD, with the final offer dependent on various factors including education, skills, experience, and role scope.
