Position Overview:
We seek enthusiastic individuals with outstanding technical and communication abilities. Your responsibilities will encompass performance and availability assessments of intricate SAP systems. You will analyze client systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Attention) and address technical challenges in complex environments, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions. To meet the demanding requirements, you should be a quick learner with robust analytical capabilities. Creativity, open-mindedness, and the ability to articulate and persuade others based on technical evidence are essential traits.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Background:
Experience with SAP Central Finance products (Initial Load, Real-Time Replication, Central Payments) is essential. Proficiency in ABAP programming and S/4HANA is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP Central Finance products is mandatory.
Educational Background and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of clients and management, both internal and external.
- Willingness to travel to SAP clients globally.

Compensation Transparency: SAP believes in the importance of pay transparency as a means to foster an honest and supportive culture. We provide an annualized compensation range that includes base salary and variable incentive targets for the applicable career level. The targeted combined range for this position is 150,900 USD. The actual offer will depend on various factors, including education, skills, experience, role scope, and location, as determined through the selection process.
