Position Overview

Territory: Louisville, KY

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is tasked with driving sales growth within their designated portfolio of clients. Utilizing strong customer engagement skills and data-driven selling techniques, the CRM aims to achieve or surpass their annual business targets while fostering the long-term expansion of Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. within that client base. This role also necessitates the implementation of the commercial strategy across various business channels.

Responsibilities
  • Drives sales growth in assigned client base through the execution of commercial strategies and agreements
  • Establishes and nurtures profitable client relationships
  • Conducts and finalizes all sales interactions daily
  • Ensures the implementation of all pre-sold/mandatory elements in outlets for the full duration of programs
  • Promotes additional packages, displays, and equipment
  • Guarantees positive ROI for the Company on all sold-in elements
  • Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders, including The Center of Support, as well as other field sales and distribution teams
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of prior sales experience preferred
  • Experience in the food/beverage sector preferred
  • Ability to create and deliver sales presentations required
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ability to utilize and comprehend mobile applications
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays required
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge gained through 1 to 3 years of work experience
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as required by the company
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
