Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Client Service Associate to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our Wealth Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our high net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and delegate client and advisor operational requests related to transfers, withdrawals, and account opening/maintenance to a virtual team
  • Work closely with a virtual team to ensure client and advisor requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Identify at-risk relationships and notify the appropriate relationship manager
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with various departments and individuals who support Wealth support efforts
  • Enter and maintain accurate client records, monitor client transactions, and maintain documentation of client transactions
  • Respond to client requests for information and assistance within the appropriate level of authority
  • Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and preparing client presentation and marketing materials
  • Assist advisors with administrative functions, prioritizing those that enable quality client interaction
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a Wealth Support Specialist or equivalent role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change, with a focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and ability to train junior Wealth Support Specialists
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including deposits, loan products, wealth management, and treasury services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills
Benefits

As a regular teammate working 20 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan.
