Job Overview:

Compensation Range:
$21.50/hr - $26.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt assistance to all client inquiries, collaborating with the HR team to ensure all matters are addressed and escalated as necessary (e.g., timecard adjustments, SAP system inquiries, leave of absence, status modifications, separations, and all related follow-up documentation, etc.).

Act as a primary user for various payroll systems, manage SAP HR transactions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, exit interviews, workflow documentation, routine and ad hoc reporting, and other data validation or reporting tasks.

Collaborate with the Timekeeper team to resolve payroll issues.
Work closely with HRIS to address SAP challenges and ensure the accuracy of employee information.
Process data modifications, promotions, timekeeping actions, and termination documentation.

Familiarize yourself with our HR policies and practices to effectively respond to or direct employee inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life balance, Employee Perks, PTO, Company Policies, etc.

Maintain and revise job descriptions for client groups.
Provide backup support and assistance for the HR team and other areas as required.

Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion concerning all matters, data, and documents due to the significant access to sensitive and business information.


Required Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with HR systems such as SAP is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
A minimum of 1 year of HR or related experience in addressing fast-paced employee or client needs.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proven ability to drive HR processes and deliver high-quality HR services.
Experience in both non-union and union/represented environments within the retail or hospitality sectors is advantageous.

Ability to prioritize effectively, think independently, and problem-solve to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Capability to collaborate with others across the organization to achieve common goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong initiator.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks and assignments.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates accountability, critical thinking, and courage when presenting ideas.
Experience with SAP or HRIS is preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
