Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Legends Hospitality. This role will be responsible for assisting in the setup and maintenance of our venues, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining locations, including stanchions, signage, and equipment.
  • Help keep areas, equipment, and product secure, including from weather.
  • Preferred knowledge of electric pallet jack and forklift operation, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, push/move large portable carts and refrigerators, and work non-traditional hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
  • Able to work with other departments to accomplish larger tasks and assist with stand supervision and operation if needed.

Requirements:

  • Honest and conscious of time management, priority management, and critical thinking.
  • Willing to learn and train event day staff on procedures, including alcohol safety, location setup, maintenance, food safety, customer interaction, stand operation, and equipment operation.
