About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at A-STAFFING, INC. as an Office Clerk. This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, customer record maintenance, and mail sorting and distribution.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide general office support.
  • Process sales and purchase orders using Oracle, review orders for accuracy, and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare payment orders for invoices, check inventory, and file documents according to company procedures.
  • Support office staff, sales, and warehouse teams with various tasks, including organizing delivery and receiving documents and maintaining logs.
  • Communicate effectively with sales associates, warehouse, and office personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventory, understand PI processes, and enter data accurately.
  • Understand and follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and know how to find necessary SOPs when needed.
  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, and performing other related tasks as required.
