Job Overview

Position: DMV Title Registration Clerk
The DMV Title Registration Clerk is responsible for executing administrative and clerical support tasks related to vehicle documentation, including titles, registrations, taxes, license plates, and legal transfer documents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing vehicle documentation, tax, and title records, as well as registrations.
  • Assisting with vehicle inventory management and ensuring precise record-keeping.
  • Handling contractual documents with financial institutions.
  • Delivering timely and accurate reports while reconciling schedules on a weekly basis.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with dealership staff.
  • Processing title transactions with CVR or DMV efficiently.
  • Adhering to all policies, procedures, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Managing dealer trade worksheets for unit transfers.
  • Providing administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience with CVR Certified Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Friendly demeanor and a helpful attitude.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability for Monday to Friday work, with occasional Saturdays.
