About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive business growth and manage customer relationships at RecruiterBoom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building long-term profitable relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building
  • Present our services to prospective clients and provide exceptional after-sales support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets
  • A business acumen and enthusiasm for driving sales growth
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
