We are excited to announce the opening of our first Adolescent Day Clinic and are seeking a dedicated Community Service Liaison to join our dynamic team. With 26 years of experience from LearnWell and Comprehensive Counseling, ilearn wellness group is ready to create a caring atmosphere focused on strong clinical programming to support the whole patient.


Key Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Relationships

  • Develop and implement strategic referral account management plans that align with the facility’s marketing goals.
  • Maintain consistent contact with potential referral sources, building strong, lasting relationships.

Customer-Oriented Selling

  • Utilize a customer-oriented selling process in daily account management activities.
  • Support and emulate high customer service standards, both internally and externally.

Stay Informed and Engaged

  • Participate in clinical orientation to stay updated on service changes.
  • Attend facility marketing/referral development meetings and support public relations campaigns.
  • Attend relevant community events and conferences.

Flexible Scheduling

  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Travel frequently to meet the referral development needs of the facility.

Market Intelligence

  • Provide facility management with up-to-date information about market changes and competition.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensure and Certification: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW preferred but not required; reliable transportation required.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in healthcare marketing or sales.


Job Details

  • Full-time, salaried position based at 199 Wells Ave, Newton, MA when not traveling.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time. Vast majority of travel will be local and during business hours.
  • Mileage reimbursement at the IRS reimbursable rate.
  • Some evening and weekend hours required.
  • Salary Range 70-72K
