Hospital Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Sales Representative to join our team at Masimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our innovative medical technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Masimo's product portfolio, including our wireless Pulse CO-Oximetry and Floor Monitoring solutions.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Marketing and Communications: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, product demos, and other sales support tools.
- Travel and Meetings: Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience, with a proven track record of selling medical devices or emerging technology to clinicians.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Travel: Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
