- Provide exceptional support to clients and prospects through face-to-face interactions and telephone communications.
- Balance new client acquisition, sales initiatives, investment oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Meet production goals to aid in achieving the overall revenue objectives of the company.
- Assess client financial requirements, suggest appropriate investment solutions, and assist in defining investment goals.
- Build a client pipeline through diverse networking strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to uncover investment prospects for clients.
- Oversee client accounts and offer continuous portfolio advice.
- Acquire necessary industry certifications and complete all mandated training.
- Ensure all client financial requirements are fulfilled by providing referrals to specialized areas as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, ideally in Asset Management, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated sales success are essential.
- Required licenses include Series 7, Series 63/65, or Series 66.
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
- Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks is essential.
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to engage tactfully with clients and colleagues are required.
- Position Status: Exempt.
