Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at LaBella Associates. As a key member of our Architectural Division, you will be responsible for leading large-scale architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are met and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure project success
  • Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage project documentation, including design and construction documents
  • Ensure compliance with New York State building codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)
  • 12+ years of experience in architectural project management
  • Prior experience working with NYS OGS and other government agencies (desirable but not required)
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes
  • Strong technical design and construction document skills
  • Well-developed project design and planning skills
  • Excellent graphic presentation skills
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
