Position Overview:

New Project is on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager who thrives on turning coordination challenges into tangible, beautiful results. We're looking for someone who is passionate about bringing innovative designs to life, managing complex logistics, and ensuring flawless execution. This role isn't just about managing schedules and budgets—it's about making visions come alive while navigating the intricacies of multi-national supply chains and traveling internationally to ensure the success of each project.


Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of directives.

- Production Coordination: Bridge the gap between engineering and production teams to meet project requirements seamlessly.

- Procurement Oversight: Manage timelines and milestones to keep procurement on track.

- Project Management: Utilize project management software to actively review and oversee project progress.

- Deliverables Coordination: Work closely with internal production teams, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

- Change Order Management: Create and document change orders efficiently and accurately.

- Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Tech Savvy: Highly productive in a Mac environment.

- Creative Edge: An art or design background is a plus, bringing an added layer of creativity to the role.
