Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with the Vice President to plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards with the VP of Operations.
  • Set up a pre-planning meeting with the VP Operations, field superintendent, estimators, purchasing, engineer, foreman, and detailing.
  • Work with Purchasing on all equipment and material buyout.
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract, including preparing a cost-to-complete report once a month and reviewing with the Vice President-Field Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Prepare a monthly billing for the General Contractor or Owner.
  • Prepare monthly subcontractor billing.
  • Represent the company in project meetings.
  • Meet weekly with field staff to review project progress.
  • Document pending problems and advise management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor.
  • Must have HVAC & Plumbing Project Management Experience.

Requirements:

  • Commercial project management experience in Schools, Universities, Health Care, Correctional Facilities, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
