About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs.
  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits and work with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and proactively search for new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product fulfillment and payment according to contractual agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
