About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators
  • Conduct product evaluations, pricing negotiations, and contract development to ensure successful product fulfillment and payment
  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the auto industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
