Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of community operations, including sales, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and train a team of community staff to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing laws.
  • Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner, following company policies.
  • Monitor and manage community budgets, including rental renewals and delinquency management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Vice President of Operations and VP of Sales.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of property management experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with property management software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
