Job Summary:
A highly motivated and experienced professional is sought to lead our business growth initiatives in the Space, Aerospace, and Defense industries. As a seasoned business developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

About Us:
We are a leading manufacturer of specialty guidance and control flight hardware for spinning and guided rockets. Our expertise spans over 1000 Miniature Inertial Digital Attitude System platforms and other critical subsystems. We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of professional business development experience in the Aerospace industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary:$130,000 - $180,000 per year.
