Job Summary:
Visual Media Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for planning and developing short and long-term strategies for all aspects of service, as well as overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production, manufacturing, and distribution of client materials with all departments to ensure total client satisfaction.
- Coordinate pre-sale development with sales departments to include pricing, availability, configuration, profitability, and proposal.
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of workflow, such as shipment dates, special needs, product updates, feasible improvements, and problems.
- Perform all customer service duties, including answering customer inquiries regarding account status, product information, and price information.
- Communicate purchase order confirmations to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain daily updates of production schedules, noting any deviations.
- Receive and respond to inquiries from customers and sales staff regarding technical procedures.
- Apply knowledge of the company's physical plant to best meet client needs.
- Create and maintain customer files with appropriate documentation.
- Oversee the process of returned parcels as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
