Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production, manufacturing, and distribution of client materials with all departments to ensure total client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate pre-sale development with sales departments to include pricing, availability, configuration, profitability, and proposal.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of workflow, such as shipment dates, special needs, product updates, feasible improvements, and problems.
  • Perform all customer service duties, including answering customer inquiries regarding account status, product information, and price information.
  • Communicate purchase order confirmations to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain daily updates of production schedules, noting any deviations.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from customers and sales staff regarding technical procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of the company's physical plant to best meet client needs.
  • Create and maintain customer files with appropriate documentation.
  • Oversee the process of returned parcels as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
