- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with care, offering solutions that leave them satisfied and eager to return.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Tackle customer challenges head-on, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Clear Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to help us improve our products and services.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: You've got experience in customer service and know how to keep customers happy.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Problem Solving Skills: You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet to solve issues.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team Player: You're great at collaborating with others to ensure seamless customer experiences.
